Qualifications
What is the qualification for pma long cource?
✔️ Fsc with 60% marks required for it. (Must)
✔️ Or if you have graduation you can also join through graduate cource.
Age requirements
👉The age required for pma long cource is
17 years to 22 years(3 months relaxation)
👉For graduates 17 to 23 years age required

How many intelligence questions come in pma long cource?
In initial test a canidate has to pass a intelligence test for furtherprocedure to qualify for next test which includes:
✅Verbal 84 questions in 30 minutes
✅Non verbal 64 questions in 30 minutes
Academic portion
What subjects includes in pma long cource academic test portion?

After passing intelligence test canidate will get academic portion.
Note: only if canidate pass intelligence test than he will get academic test othervise he considered failed in test.
Academic portion includes:
✅50 academic questions in 30 minutes
✅Academic includes(english, math, islamiyat, general knowledge, current affairs,pak study)
After sucessfully passing intelligence and academic tests canidates will be called for physical and medical.
Physical test
What things will be checked in pma long cource physical test?
Physical test includes following tests:
- 1.6Km running in 8mins ( 3 marks )
- pull ups 3 repetition in 2 min ( 2marks
- push ups 15 repetition in 2 mins ( 2marks)
- crunches 20 repetition in 2 mins ( 2 marks)
- Ditch crossing 7.4 feet ( 1marks)
Medical test
What things will be checked in pma long cource medical test?
In medical following things will be checked:
✅ Height 5 inch 4 feet
✅ Chest minimum 79cm with 5cm expansion must
✅ Weight As per body mass index
✅ Eye sight 6/6 with or without glasses
✅ Knee knocking
✅ Arms angle
✅ Flat feet or high arch
✅ color blindness
✅ Private parts(testies, bawaseer )

Initial interview
Initial interview is very important many canidates fails initial interviews because lack of confidence and knowledge your are going to become officer so prepare as a officer othervise you will be rejected.

*1*. Believe in yourself and believe in Allah.
*2*. Stay cool, calm and confident.
*3*. Don't play with your expressions; keep a gentle
smile on your face.
*4*. Take permission before entering the room (May
I come in Sir?)
*5*. Your voice must be strong, clear and audible.
*6*. If the interviewer shakes hand with you then
it’s ok; otherwise just say “Assalam o Alaikum Sir”!
*7*. Don't sit on the chair unless he/she tells you to sit.
*8*. Don't stare at the roof and walls, keep focus on the interviewer.
*9*. Sit with your legs straight, don’t sit with
cross legs.
*10*. Your back must be straight, be alert and
don't sit in a relaxed manner.
*11*. Don't sit with both hands holding each other.
Keep them apart.
*12*. You will be asked to introduce yourself,
prepare your introduction well.
*13*. Introduction is the most important part of any
interview because it’s your first impression on
the interviewer. Avoid unnecessary details, stick to yourself only. Don't mention your family
members, it will lengthen the intro and interviewer will get bored. A to-the-point introduction
consists of 3 parts:
i) Personal Info: Your full name, father’s name
and your city along with district.
ii) Educational Info: Includes info about your
degrees. Order must be latest degree first
then move to the next recent one (Masters >>
Bachelors >> FSc >> Matric). Include the
year of completion, your institution name,
obtained marks, total marks and
Percentage/Grade.
iii) What are you doing nowadays? Includes
information about the ongoing degree/job (if
any) and the course which you have applied for.
*14*. Answer in the same language in which the
question is asked.
*15*. If you are not sure about any answer, say
"Sorry Sir!", avoid guessing.
*16*. Always give the close-most answer to every
mathematics related question. Don't skip it.
*17*. Look into the eyes of the interviewer while
answering to show your confidence.
*18*. Don't shake your head or move your hands
while explaining.
*19*. Do not laugh if he tries to crack a joke. Just
smile.
*20*. Personal questions will be asked, don't get
angry, keep your cool and answer with logic.
*21*. Don't play with your dress, tie or shirt.
*22*. Show patriotism and determination in your
answers.
*23*. First think, and then answer. Don't give the
answer instantly because that will be considered a guess. Take your time even if you know the answer.
*24*. If you don't know the answer, still take your
time, and say sorry. Don't say sorry instantly.
*25*. Dress is also very important if you wears pent shirt than wear it properly like tie, belt, over coat etc.
